Coffee with Mayor and Council Resumes January 29th

Tuesday, January 2, 2024 – Mayor Maja Tait and District of Sooke Council invite you to join them for a coffee on January 29th, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Council Chambers at Sooke Municipal Hall.

This is an opportunity to meet with Mayor and Council and discuss your concerns. You can find out more about the current projects in the community and ask questions about local initiatives. We encourage you to come and join the conversation!

Order of Events:

  • 10:00 a.m.: Meet and Greet
  • 10:30 a.m. Mayoral Remarks, followed by Q + A
  • 11:00 a.m. Storyboard “Walkshop”

Bring your ideas, questions and concerns to Sooke Municipal Hall and enjoy a cup of coffee with your Mayor and Council. We look forward to seeing you there!

“Storyboard Walkshop”: Current topics will be featured on a variety of storyboards throughout the room to inform residents about District activities and support conversations with the community.

We look forward to conducting future sessions at alternative times to accommodate a variety of residents’ schedules.
