The District of Sooke reserves the right to waive informalities in or reject any or all proposals or accept the proposal deemed most favourable in the interests of the District of Sooke. Under the Community Charter, the District of Sooke must not provide assistance to businesses and therefore fair market value for use of the land will play a key part in the decision when awarding the lease. If disposition is made it will be on the basis of a subjective discretionary decision of the Council and not on any evaluation criteria other than the content of this notice. Except as expressly and specifically permitted in the Tender or RFP documents, no Proponent or Respondent will have any claim for any compensation of any kind whatsoever, as a result of participating in the Tender or RFP, and by submitting a proposal or bid each proponent or respondent will be deemed to have agreed that it has no claim.

Notice of Intent

Notice is hereby given that the District of Sooke is a member of Canoe Procurement Group of Canada and is eligible to procure through cooperative contracts that are administered by Canoe Procurement Group of Canada (Canoe).
