PARK CLOSURE: Whiffin Spit Closure on Monday, January 22 to Tend to Storm Damage
Friday, January 19, 2024 – Crews will be clearing the storm debris along the Whiffin Spit trail on Monday, January 22. In the interest of public safety, the parking lot and trail will be closed from approximately 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
This closure is necessary to facilitate the efficient and safe removal of debris, ensuring that the trail is in suitable condition for public use once the cleanup is complete.
