Remembrance Day is a time to honour and show our respect for those to sacrificed so much for our freedom.

Residents are encouraged to pause at the eleventh hour on the eleventh day of the eleventh month for a moment of silence. All are welcome to attend the Sooke Remembrance Day Service at the Sooke Legion.
The Remembrance Day Service will commence with the parade marching from the Evergreen Mall at 10:35 a.m., arriving at the Cenotaph at 10:50 a.m. where the service will commence.
After the service, persons are invited into the Legion for refreshments.
