The 46th Annual Greater Victoria Flower Count is a light-hearted event sponsored and organized by Destination Greater Victoria and the Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce.
Taking place March 3-10, participants can submit their counts to www.FlowerCount.com to see which local community will be named the “Bloomingest Community” of Greater Victoria.
