In accordance with the section 98 of the Community Charter, the District of Sooke Council invites the public to provide comments on the 2017 Draft Annual Report of the District of Sooke, at a Committee of the Whole meeting.

Time: 6:00 p.m.
Place: Council Chambers, 2225 Otter Point Road, Sooke, BC
The purpose of the meeting is to provide the public with an opportunity to make comments and ask questions on matters contained in the Annual Report. The 2017 Draft Annual Report includes the audited financial statements, a schedule of 2017 tax exemptions, and information on services, objectives and benchmarks used to determine the District’s success in meeting these objectives.
Copies of the 2017 Draft Annual Report are available for public inspection starting Monday, June 11, 2018 on the District’s website www.sooke.ca, as well as from reception on the 1st floor of the District of Sooke Municipal Hall, during regular business hours.
