Notice of Annual Report Meeting
Pursuant to Section 98 of the Community Charter, Council invites the public to provide comment by telephone, written submission or by public input regarding the District of Sooke 2015 Draft Annual Report at the Regular Council Meeting, to be held on:

The District of Sooke 2015 Annual Report includes the audited financial statements, a schedule of 2015 tax exemptions, and information on services, objectives, and measures used to determine the District’s success in meeting the objectives.
Pursuant to s. 99 of the Community Charter, starting Monday, June 13th, copies of the District of Sooke 2015 Draft Annual Report will be available for public inspection on our website (refer to link above) or at the front Reception Counter of municipal hall during regular business hours.
To provide comment, contact Corporate Services by telephone or in writing. Deadline for submission is 4:00 p.m., Monday June 27th. Residents can also appear to provide verbal comment at the Regular Council meeting scheduled for June 27th.
