The Sooke Mental Health Fair aims to shine a light on local mental health solutions. This free event offers workshops on important topics such as anxiety in children, self-harm, seniors’ mental health, substance use and overdose prevention, and suicide prevention. Additionally, there will be community support services and vendors on-site, providing resources and information. Enjoy food, music, and a community atmosphere as we come together to address mental health in Sooke.
