Wednesday, January 27, 2021 – The District has received a notification of blasting from HHS Drilling & Blasting Ltd. Blasting will take place commencing Wednesday, January 27, 2021 for 2 weeks at 2405 Dixon Road.
Hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
The following blasting signals shall be used:
Blasting signs will be posted near and at the entrance to the site. Warning signals will be given as follows:
- 12 Short whistles.
- Followed by a 2-minute pause.
- Blast will be detonated.
- A long whistle indicates all is clear.
- All Blasts will be covered with mats.
- Seismographs will be used to monitor vibration.
