Notice of Annual Meeting
(pursuant to s. 99(3) of the Community Charter)
The 2010 Annual Municipal Report was made available for public inspection on June 28th, 2010 and copies were made available on the municipal website www.sooke.ca and at the municipal office.
Municipal Council will consider the 2010 Annual Municipal Report and submissions and questions from the public at an Annual Meeting to be held:

The Annual Report will include:
- the municipality's audited annual financial statements for 2009;
- a list of the permissive tax exemptions
- a report on the municipality's services and operations for 2009;
- a progress report on the performance of the municipality with respect to established objectives and measures for 2009;
- a statement of objectives and measures that will be used as the basis for determining the municipality's performance during 2010 & 2011;
- the details of any declarations of disqualification made against individual council members during 2009.
