Reporting and Repairing Street Light Outages
The District of Sooke is working to keep community street lights in your neighbourhood in good repair to help keep your community safe.
Reporting an Outage
If you notice a street light that is out, flickering, vandalized, or on during the day, please call the District at 250-642-1634.
When reporting a problem, please provide the approximate location, such as the intersection, nearby house or business address, in order to help repair crews locate and fix the problem more quickly.
Staff will schedule the repair, and track the progress so that information can be provided to residents.
