Bylaw Enforcement
The District of Sooke's Bylaws are enforced by its Bylaw Enforcement Officer. The Bylaw Enforcement Officer endeavours to educate residents and visitors as to the reasons for and how to comply with the bylaws. Voluntary compliance with the bylaws is preferred to other methods of enforcement. Strict confidentiality is maintained at all times.
